Prototype Injection Moulding - Ability to produce prototype tools with a rapid turn around for shot batch runs. We also work closely with volume moulders and have the ability to project manage complete production runs.

Foundry Patterns - Onsite foundry patterns using 2d or 3d information. Blending traditional crafts with the very latest technologies.

Tooling for Composites - From 2d and 3d data, moulds can be made via SLAs or CNC for a wide range of materials such as carbon fibre Kevlar.

Jigs and Fixtures - In-house skills for complex jigs for CNC trimming, checking and processing.

Models and Mockups - We have traditional model making skills in-house including architectural, artistic and industrial models. Ability to provide fully finished models.

Vacuum Forming Tooling - Creation of small and large tools for vacuum formed parts.

Tooling for Polyurethane Moulding Models and Masters for GRP moulds - Created in-house including the short production runs.
